Power plants

The WEB Windenergie AG energy company has 153 power plants at its disposal. 83 of these plants are located in Austria, while a further 55 reap the power of nature in Germany. The remaining plants are sited in the Czech Republic, France and Italy.

With current plant capacity of 239 MW, some 470 kWh of wind energy can be generated in a normal wind year. This figure corresponds with the annual electricity consumption of over 160,000 average households.
