A dynamic company needs dynamic personnel
WEB Windenergie AG is using the market opportunities available to a producer of eco-energy. As a result, growth in the human resources area is virtually preprogrammed. However for company success it is most important that such expansion is not only of a quantitative, but also a qualitative nature. Company enlargement is taking place in every area and is guided and controlled by the respective management tier, from the Management Board to the departmental managers. One can even say that the success of the W.E.B business concept is largely dependent upon the players involved, i.e. the company’s personnel.

These can be defined as constituting numerous qualities, abilities and personal attributes that are often especially important and even a necessity for the exercise of a profession.

- Politeness / Friendliness / Manners / Linguistic abilities
In other words, you should have carefully considered the topic of social and emotional competence. But please do not worry, these things are not new, we merely wish to designate such factors as essential prior to a job application.
Special training by our company
Naturally enough, there is no specific training for some and indeed many of the assignments and activities within the company.
