Executive Management of Subsidiaries

The executive management of WEB Windenergie AG’s international subsidiaries is based on the principle of dual managerial responsibility, which means that each subsidiary has two CEOs. The CEOs generally come from the departmental management level of W.E.B. At present, two CEOs fulfill a purely executive management function and are not part of the company administration. These two CEOs are directly responsible to the Management Board.
